In recent years, I have managed the accounting for 50 properties, five healthcare software companies, and an international network of seven marketing agencies.

I saw a pattern many growing businesses recognize: the accounting was being done, but information arrived late, systems fell behind, and the decision-makers could no longer see the full picture. Growth had outpaced the financial operations behind the business.
